摘　　要：全新的大学环境给新生带来学习、生活以及情感上的诸多困惑。导师学长制的实施,能够在日常管理、思想政治教育、专业思想教育、学风建设等方面发挥重要作用。通过近几年的探索和实践,阐明实施导师学长制的内容和意义,提出由年级主任、班主任、专业导师、学长组成的"四位一体"的新型学生管理体制。The new environment in the university will bring some puzzlement to the freshmen in their study,life and emotion.The implementation of the ＂Tutorial-senior System＂ will play an important role in students＇ routine management,ideological and political education,academic education,and academic discipline building.Through the exploration and practice of recent years,this paper expounds the contents and significance of the implementation of ＂Tutorial-senior System＂,and puts forward a new student management system of integrating the dean,the head-teacher,the professional tutor,and the senior students as a whole.
