高职文秘专业学生职业素质与职业核心能力的研究

摘　　要：有数据显示,国内中小微型企业和行业对秘书人员的需求量越来越大,而且对秘书人员的要求也越来越高。高职院校应着力使文秘专业学生具备"三高"的职业素质,培养其"三动"与"三办"的职业核心能力,以适应企业和行业对秘书人员的要求。The date shows that SMEs and micro-enterprises have a large demand of secretaries and the requirement is higher. Higher vocational colleges should focus on training students with the secretary major 'three highs' and 'three' professional qualities 'three' professional core abilities to satisfy the demand of secretarial staff by industries.
