摘　　要："民族团结"是中国特色社会主义现代化建设必须高扬的一面旗帜。我国民族高校是各民族人才、多元文化汇集之地,让学生们拥有民族团结的坚定信念,成为自觉维护民族团结进步事业的接班人,一直都是党和政府、学校及教育工作者努力的目标。60多年来,通过专门的课程设置、丰富多彩的校园文化、形式多样的方式方法去实现这一目标已经成为民族高校对学生进行民族团结教育的传统路径。当前,进一步提升这种教育的科学性和有效性是民族高校在新的历史阶段必须直面的问题。The banner of ＂national unity＂ must be held high in the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Ethnic universities in China have gathered with a galaxy of talents and multi-cultures, and the goal of the Party, the government, the universities and educators is to cultivate students to have a strong belief in national unity and become conscious successors to maintain national unity and progress. Over the past 60 years, specialized curriculum, colorful campus cultures and various methods have been used as the traditional ways in national unity education for students at ethnic universities. At present, ethnic universities face the challenge of making the education more scientific and effective in the new historical era.
