摘　　要：本研究探讨蒙汉大学生人际关系、社会支持、人际信任的相互关系,运用整群抽样的方法对240名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果表明:(1)蒙汉大学生的社会支持和人际关系总体处于中等偏上水平,但人际关系水平离散程度较大,人际信任趋于中等水平。(2)不同民族的大学生在人际关系总分、交谈行为、交际交友、异性交往、社会支持总分、客观支持、人际信任程度上存在显著差异;不同生源地的大学生在人际关系总分、交谈行为、交际交友、异性交往、客观支持、对支持的利用度上存在显著差异。(3)人际关系总分、各维度与人际信任具有显著正相关,人际关系和社会支持总分之间显著负相关,社会支持与人际信任相关不显著。(4)社会支持在人际关系对人际信任的影响中,起到显著的调节作用。Through a spot check carried out on 240 Mongolian and Han college students, the relationships among interpersonal relationship, social support and interpersonal trust were explored. The results show that 1 ） on the whole, the levels of college students＇ social support and interpersonal relationship are above the average, while the level of interpersonal relationship has a great dispersion, and the interpersonal trust is tending to a medium level; 2） there is a significant difference in the total score of interpersonal relationship, interactive behavior, social intercourse, heterosexual interaction, the social support, objective support and the degree of interpersonal trust among students of different ethnic groups, and there is a significant difference in the total score of interpersonal relationship, interactive behavior, social intercourse, heterosexual interaction, objective support and the utilization of support for students from different places ; 3） there exist a significant positive correlation between the total score of interpersonal relationship and interpersonal trust, a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of interpersonal relationship and the total score of interpersonal trust, a significant negative correlation between the total score of interpersonal relationship and the total score of social support, and an insignificant correlation between social support and interpersonal trust; and 4） social support plays a significant role in adjusting the influence of interpersonal relationship on interpersonal trust.
