摘　　要：在我国经济新常态的背景下,探索成人高等教育学生管理工作的规律,不断提高学生管理工作的实效性,是成人高等教育培养高素质人才的必然要求。为此,高校应立足成人学生的特点,通过更新理念、转变管理模式、健全制度、优化管理队伍,以提升学生管理工作的水平和效率,促进学生身心、人格、能力的和谐发展。As the economy of our country has entered the new normal, it is necessary to cultivate talents of high quality in adult higher education by exploring and improving the ways of student management in aduh higher education. Based on the characteristics of adult students, universities should update their concepts, change their management mode, perfect their system and optimize their management team, in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of the student management, and then promote the harmonious development of students＇ personality and ability both physically and mentally.
