摘　　要：基于大赛背景下,如何加强学生写作能力培养,真正实现以赛促教、以赛促学?分析写作大赛与学生写作能力培养融合中存在问题及原因,探讨写作大赛与学生写作能力培养融合途径,提出通过深刻挖掘大赛内涵、理顺警务化管理和个性化发展关系、建立科学的评价机制等多种途径,提升学生写作能力。The paper focuses on how to help students strengthen their Chinese writing ability with writing competition as stimulation. This paper analyzes the problemsfound when integrating the two, and the reasons that cause the problems. It then puts forward a variety of ways to solve the problems, including exploring the inner connotation of writing competitions, rationalizing the relationship betweenpolice management and person- al development, buildingscientific evaluation system and so on.
