三方互动模式下的高校辅导员管理工作研究

摘　　要：为了提升辅导员在学生管理方面的工作效率,提出了辅导员-教师-学生三方互动机制,即三方在教学管理工作中,通过相互交流的形式,把握教学、管理中的准确信息,针对性采取措施,更好地服务于学校教学工作。从为期1年的试运行效果来看,该模式下辅导员的管理质量有所提高,学生的学习积极性和整体成绩也在进步。因此,三方互动模式可以为未来的教学结构优化和管理,提供参考依据。In order to improve the counselors in students management work efficiency,put forward three party Counselor-Teacher-student interaction mechanism,namely the three party in the teaching and management work,through mutual exchanges in the form of accurate grasp of information teaching and management, take targeted measures,to better serve the school teaching work. Judging from the results of the 1 year trial run,the management quality of counselors has been improved,and the students＇ learning enthusiasm and overall achievements are also improving. Cherefore,the three party interaction model can provide a reference for future teaching structure optimization and management.
