摘　　要：实施社会融合性政策,为高等院校创业教育带来全新的发展机遇以及全新挑战。在社会融合性政策环境下,高等院校创业教育创新性发展应基于教育体系的健全化、心理支撑的完善化、环境氛围的宽松化以及物质支持的积极化,从而实现高等院校创业教育、社会资本、创业身份以及创业文化的融合。The implementation of social integrating policy has brought new development opportunities and innovation challenge for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Under the environment of social integration policy, the innovative development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should be based on the soundness of education system, perfectness of psychological support, the flexibility of environment and positiveness of material support, thus realizing the integration of entrepreneurial education, social capital, entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities.
