摘　　要：高校党外知识分子是高校统战工作的重要对象,高校党外知识分子工作是高校统一战线的基础性、战略性工作,关系高校稳定和改革发展大局。做好高校党外知识分子工作,必须改进工作方式方法,加强党的领导,加强制度建设和党外知识分子联谊会载体建设,突出组织引导和选拔培养两个关键节点,用发展的眼光整合出高校党外知识分子工作的有效途径,推动高校党外知识分子队伍建设。Non-Party intellectuals are the important object of the united front work in colleges and universities.The work of non-party intellectuals in colleges and universities is the basic and strategic work of the united front in colleges and universities,and the stability and reform and development of universities.It is necessary to improve the methods of work, strengthen the leadership of the Party, strengthen the system construction and the carrier construction of the intellectuals outside the party, highlight the two key nodes of organizational guidance and selection and training,with the development of integration of vision Effective Ways to Work for Non-Party Intellectuals in Colleges and Universities and to Promote the Construction of Intellectuals outside the Party in Colleges and Universities.
