摘　　要：光学薄膜作为一类重要的光学器件,在现代光学、光电子学、光学工程和其他一些重要的技术领域中应用越来越广泛。伴随着科学技术的不断发展,光学薄膜及光学薄膜技术也正在迅猛的发展,并在其他科学技术领域中应用广泛,取得了相当大的成就。金刚石及类金刚石膜、软X射线多层膜等新型光学薄膜相继问世,新型光学薄膜技术与传统光学薄膜技术有机的结合,形成光学薄膜蓬勃发展的局面。Optical thin film as a kind of important optical devices in modern optics, optoelectronics, optical engineering and some other important techniques in the field more and more widely used. Along with the continuous development of science and technology, optical thin film and optical thin film technology is also developing rapidly, and in other areas of science and technology in a wide range of applications, has made considerable achievements. Diamond and diamond like film, soft X ray multilayer film and other new optical thin film have come out, new optical thin film technology and the combination of traditional optical thin film technology, the for- mation of the development of optical thin film.
