摘　　要：我国高校考试招生制度改革的目标是建立中国特色现代考试招生制度。促进公平和科学选才是高校考试招生制度的基本问题。高校考试招生制度设计应符合人才成长规律。要用现代社会治理体系的视角完善高校考试招生制度。2017年高校考试招生工作要把"稳中求进"贯穿始终。The ultimate goal of China＇ s college entrance examination and enrollment system reform is to build a modern examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics. To achieve the goal, we must be aware that promoting fairness and scientifically selecting the talent are at the heart of the college entrance examination and enrolhnent system. In the meantime, the law of talent growth should be carefully considered when designing the new system, and efforts should be made to improve the system from the perspective of building a modern social governance system. To strive forward, while at the same time ensuring overall stability, should be the overall tone for the 2017 College Entrance Examination.
