摘  要:对龙井茶叶多糖及其结合物的抗氧化和清除自由基活性开展研究。采用水提醇沉法提取龙井茶叶多糖,经除蛋白和纯化后得到精制多糖(LP),将LP在三氟乙酸条件下水解完全,经C18柱层析分离后得到水洗脱部分(LP-HCW)和甲醇洗脱部分(LP-HCM),利用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法和普鲁士蓝法测定LP、LP-HCM和LP-HCW的清除自由基和抗氧化能力。结果显示:LP、LP-HCM和LP-HCW的DPPH自由基清除率分别为38.49%,59.48%和24.81%;还原力指数分别为0.062,0.036和0.030。实验证明:龙井茶叶多糖及其结合物均有较强的药理作用,具有清除自由基和抗氧化活性。The antioxidant conjugate were investigated. methods including Sevag an activity and free radical clearing function of Longjing Tea polysaccharides The polysaccharides (LP) were extracted and purified from Longjing Tea by d acetone treatment. LP was hydrolyzed coLPletely in TFA and the hydrolysa and its common tes were separated into two parts (LP-HCM and LP-HCW) by C lschromatographic treatment. The antioxidant activity and free radical clearing function of LP, LP-HCM and LP-HCW were studied by DPPH Method and Prussian Blue Method. The results showed that the DPPH radical scavenging rates of LP, LP-HCM and LP-HCW were 38.49% , 59.48% , 24.81% respectively. The deoxidization indexes were 0. 062, 0. 036, 0. 030 respectively. The presented results confirmed both Longjing Tea polysaccharides and its conjugates had capacity of eliminating DPPH radicals and antioxidant activity.
