摘  要:根据地方经济发展的需求,省属本科院校的人才培养目标逐渐转向应用型。为此,省属本科院校的文科课程面临着教学方法与教学手段改革的挑战。公共行政学课程组尝试以话剧为载体,授课班级全员参与,以行政学家的核心思想为元点,探讨宪政中的某一政府行为。通过时空穿梭与行政学家对话的方式,以"会聚行政理论,演绎政府行为"为主题,创新公共行政学说史实践教学方法的研究,收到了良好的教学效果。According to the needs of the local economic development,talents training goal of provincial universities has turned to application-oriented one. Liberal curriculums are facing the challenge of reform teaching methods and means. The curriculum group of public administration,with the full participation of all classes,tries to use the drama as a carrier and the core thought of administrative scientists as the basis to discuss a government behavior in constitutionalism. Through time and space shuttle and dialogue with administrative scientists,with the ' convergence of administration theory and interpretation of government behavior ' as the theme,this paper makes a research on the innovation of practice teaching method for public administration theory history course,having a good teaching effect.
