摘 要:传统解决轮廓误差的方法并没有从根源上解决轴间的相互影响而引起的不同步。通过设计双轴的变增益交叉耦合控制器,把变增益交叉藕合控制应用到双轴进给伺服运动控制系统中,利用其在任何路径下都可以改善轮廓误差的优点,提高双轴进给伺服系统间因为各轴动态特性不匹配及负载扰动情况下的轮廓控制精度。搭建X-Y双轴交流伺服系统的试验平台,基于该平台对轮廓误差及算法进行研究,建立数学模型进行仿真分析与实验分析,结果表明该方法能显著提高轮廓精度,可以用于中小型高精度专用机床的开发。Traditional methods of solving contour errors do not solve the problem of synchronization caused by the mutual influence of the axes. By designing a variable-gain cross-coupling controller, the variable-gain cross-coupling control is applied to a two-axis feed servo motion control system, which can improve the con-tour error in any path, Servo system because of the dynamic characteristics of each axis does not match the load and the case of disturbance under the contour control accuracy. The experiment platform of XY dual axis AC servo system is built. Based on the platform, the error and algorithm of contour are studied. The mathe-matical model is established to simulate and analyze. The result shows that this method can improve the con-tour accuracy, and it can be used for small and medium-The development of machine tools.
