摘 要:运用新制度经济学相关理论,构建研究生教育制度变迁的分析框架。研究生教育制度变迁是有层次的变迁。资源配置上基于新古典经济学的成本-收益分析框架建立供给-需求模型发现:新中国成立以来,研究生教育制度变迁是行政力量支配下的供给制约型变迁,需求刺激下的制度变迁尚未成熟,预计转型期的供给曲线将逐步左移并导向质量维度的制度供给,从而影响需求曲线的内收。科学合理的研究生教育制度、动态调整的制度变迁机制的构建,需进一步整合制度与研究生教育等相关方面开展系统化、学科化的研究。The related theory of economics of the new system was used to construct an analytical frame-work of postgraduate education system. The change of postgraduate education is a level of change. In view of the resources allocation, based on the cost-benefit analysis framework a new classic economics supply- demand model was constructed and it showed that : since the founding of PRC, the change of postgraduate education system is the change of supply constraint type under the control of the executive power, while the institutional change of stimulating demand is not yet mature; it is estimated that the supply curve will gradual-ly transform to the left and guided supply system quality dimensions, thus affecting the demand curve. The construction of scientific and rational system of postgraduate education, dynamic adjusting mechanism re-quires the further integration of the system and the systematic and discipline study on the relevant aspects of postgraduate education.
