摘　　要：目的探讨导师制联合标准化带教计划在基层医院实习带教中的应用效果。方法通过加强师资力量培训,实施导师带教方式,标准化带教计划,促进教学质量的提高。结果导师制联合标准化带教计划在临床带教中的应用,有效提高护生的理论、操作成绩,提高了带教满意度,促进了带教老师自身素质的提高,个人的发展。结论将导师制联合标准化带教计划引入消化内科实习中的临床带教中能有效提高基层医院临床教学质量。Objective To explore the application of tutorial system combined with standardized teaching plan in the practice teaching of primary hospital. Methods Strengthen training of teachers , tutor teaching mode and standardized teaching plan were used to to improve the quality of teaching. Results The tutorial system combined with standardized teaching plan in clinical teaching practice improve the nursing students＇ theory and practice ,enhance the teaching satisfaction. Conclu-sion It is effective to improve the quality of clinical teaching in the primary hospital by The tutorial system combined with standardized teaching plan.
