摘  要:拖拉机发生意外倾覆仍然是农业生产活动中的1个严重问题,对拖拉机倾覆的问题和原因进行了分析,设计了1个数学模型以及对拖拉机静态稳定性的数值模拟方法,根据拖拉机所在斜坡的位置关系设计了1种摆动前桥。随后分析各参数如重心位置、轴距、轮距以及摆动轴安装点的高度、及其相对于斜坡上的位置对拖拉机的静态稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,改变这些参数可以显著提高拖拉机的静态稳定性。较好的静态稳定性可以直接提高动态稳定性,达到更好地预防拖拉机倾覆的目的,尤其是在倾斜的地形上工作时。Tractor overturning is still a serious problem in agricultural activities. Through detailed analysis of the problems and causes leading to the overturning of a tractor, a mathematical model and a numerical method for tractor's static stability were de-veloped. And an oscillating front axle was designed according to the position of a tractor on a slope. Then the influences of vari-ous parameters such as the position of the center of gravity, the wheelbase, the wheel track width, the height of the oscillating axle mounting point, and the position on a slope etc. on the tractor’s static stability were analyzed. Results show that manipula-ting these parameters can significantly increase tractor's static stability. A better static stability can directly improve the dynamic stability, effectively preventing the overturning of a tractor, particularly while working on a sloping terrain
