摘　　要：文章针对地方本科院校物流管理专业应用创新型人才培养模式,以应用技术型大学——武汉商学院物流管理专业创新性人才培养为例,提出应用型大学实践教学是创新型人才培养的关键,文章首先分析了应用型大学实践教学的重要性,目前实践教学中存在的问题,探索应用技术型大学实践教学体系。以期为同类物流专业学校应用创新型人才培养提供参考与借鉴。为适应地方经济发展培养出应用创新型物流管理人才。Aiming at the applied and innovative talent training mode of logistics management major in local universities and taking the logistics management professional training of innovative talents of Wuhan Business University as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the importance of practice teaching in application oriented university, the current problems in practice teaching. Then, the paper explored the practice teaching system for Applied Technology University. In order to provide reference of how to cultivate innovative talents for the similar logistics professional schools and to train logistics management innovative talents who is adabt to the development of local economy.
