摘 要:如何落实高等职业教育当中"能力为重"的培养方针,一直是教育界和实务界所关心的热点和难点。校企合作通过"工学结合、顶岗实习"的人才培养模式,为解决这一问题提供了一条切实的可行之路。同时,由于校企合作涵盖了院校、企业以及政府在内的多方合作主体,因而也会由于各方利益诉求不同而导致实践过程中的矛盾重重。本文试图在找准校企合作中各方的需求点和共赢点的基础上,构建有的放矢、持续稳定的校企合作实现机制。It has always been the hot and difficult spot of the education and practice concerned with that how to carry out the principle of raising up students' real ability in the higher vocational education.No doubt that college-enterprise cooperation mode is a practical way to solve this problem through "work-integrated learning,internship".At the same time,the mode covers multi parties,including the colleges(universities),the enterprises and government,and due to the interests of all parties demands different,finally resulting in various conflicts in the process of practice.This paper tries to find out the n win-win needs of all parties in the college-enterprise cooperation mode,and build the steady implementation mechanism.
