摘  要:目的建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定保健食品不同剂型(片剂、胶囊、胶囊壳)中常用多种合成着色剂的方法。方法样品经聚酰胺吸附法提取后,选用0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液与甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为254 nm。结果柠檬黄、靛蓝、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红等6种常用合成着色剂分离良好。加标回收率为88.96%~103.60%,线性范围为0~100 mg/L。检出限柠檬黄、靛蓝、日落黄、亮蓝、赤藓红分别为4 ng,诱惑红为3 ng(样品检验结果低于检出限视为未检出)。结论方法快速,准确,方便,适用于保健食品不同剂型中多种着色剂的检测。[Objective] To establish a method for determination of common synthetic colourants used in health foods with the form of tablet,capsule and capsule shell by reverse phase?high performance liquid chromatography. [Methods]The colourants in samples were extracted with polyamide adsorption method, then separated with a mobile phase of 0.05mol/L ammonium biphosphate and methanol for gradient elution,and detected with photodiode array detector with the detection wavelength of 254 nm.[Results]This method showed the good separation effect for 6 kinds of common synthetic colourants,which were lemon yellow,indigo,sunset yellow,allura red,light blue and pyrosine. The recoveries of the method were between 88.96% and 103.60%,and the line ar range was 0-100 mg/L. The detection limits of lemon yellow,indigo,sunset yellow,light blue and pyrosine were 4 ng,and the detection limit of allura red was 3 ng(sample test results below the detection limit were regarded as not detected).[Conclusion]This method is rapid,accurate and convenient,which is suitable for detecting a variety of colourants in different forms of health foods.
