摘　　要：作为现代哲学管理理念,人本原理就是要实现管理活动的以人为本,注重人的因素,突出人的作用,通过充分发挥人的主观能动性来提高管理实效。作为特定组织的学校在学校管理活动中应坚持人本原理,做到以人为本,这是由组织属性所决定的。教师和学生是学校管理的两个对象,在被管理过程中要有差异性,对教师的管理,务必树立为教师服务的意识,建立科学的考核评价机制,发挥教师教育教学的主导作用;对学生则要尊重其主体地位、创新思维,理解学生,确定育人的本真。Human-centered management is the philosophy of modern philosophy.In order to realize the people oriented management, the human-centered management pays more attention to the human factors, functions and subjective initiative.School management should be people-oriented, which is determined by the nature of the school.Teachers and students are the two objects of school management.There are differences in the management of teachers and students in schools.The management of teachers needs to establish a sense of service for teachers, to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism, to play a leading role in teacher education and teaching.Students＇ management should respect the students＇ subject status, creative thinking and understanding of the students, and determine the purpose of educating people.
