摘 要:2015年是我国民办教育改革的深化年。在这一年里,民办教育在总体办学规模、学生培养层次和管理体制改革等方面取得了令人鼓舞的成绩,尤其是分类管理改革试点积极推进、分类理念趋于明朗,但在师资队伍建设、民办教育分类管理及民办高校内涵发展等方面仍有较长的一段路要走。各级政府及民办学校应积极贯彻落实相关政策,完善制度环境,并建立健全民办学校师资队伍建设长效机制。Reform on non-governmental education in China has deepened in 2015. During the past year,non-governmental education has made encouraging achievements in terms of its overall size,student training level and management system reform especially the active promotion of classified management reform and the clear classified concept. However,there is still a long way to go on teaching staff development,legislation of classified management and connotative development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. Various government levels and the institutions should actively implement the reform policies,improve the institutional environment and establish a long-term effective system for developing the teaching staff.
