摘 要:目的探讨建构主义学习理论在手术室护理教学中的应用方法及效果。方法将2014级护理大专4个班护生根据班级随机分为研究组116人和对照组115人。对照组手术室护理教学采用传统教学方法,研究组采用建构主义学习理论指导进行情境模拟教学、协作、会话和意义建构。比较两组理论和操作成绩及评判性思维能力和自主学习能力。结果研究组的理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习能力和评判性思维能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论手术室护理教学采用建构主义学习理论能够提高护生的学习成绩、自主学习能力和评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the application and effect of the constructivism learning theory in the teaching of operating nursing. Methods Totally 231 nursing college students enrolled in 2014 were randomized into a study group with 116 students and a control group with 115 students according to their 4 classes. The control group was taught operating nursing using conventional teaching method, while the study group was taught using scenario simulation, cooperation, conversation and meaning construction under the guidance of constructivism learning theory. The examination scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability between the two groups were compared. Results The examination scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, critical thinking ability and autonomous learning ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion Operating nursing teaching under the guidance of constructivism learning theory could improve nursing students'academic achievement, autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability.
