摘　　要：界定了学习倦怠的概念,梳理了国外关于学习倦怠的结构测量与影响因素研究状况、国内关于不同类别学生学习倦怠的研究状况。我们认为今后在四个因方面应引起研究者所重视。一是将性别、年级、专业、生源地、学习成绩进行多因素交互分析学生学习倦怠状况;二是探究内、外源性因素对学习倦怠的影响机制;三是提出有针对性缓解学生学习倦怠状况的对策;四是编制出结构合理、信效度高、针对性强的学生学习倦怠量表。This study defines the concept of learning burnout,reorganizes the situation of domestic and international research on learning burnout.We consider that we should attract attention to four factors.First,analyzing the multiple factors analysis of student burnout from gender, grade,professional,students,the academic;Second,exploring the mechanism of the intrinsic and extrinsic factors on the learning burnout;Third,proposing a effective strategy to alleviating the learning burnout of vocational students;Fourth,compiling a reasonable structure,high reliability and validity,targeted student learning burnout.inventory.
