摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是现代医学教育的重要组成部分,是医师成长的必备环节,对于培养合格临床医学人才十分重要。如何更好的开展住院医师规范化培训是每个规范化培训基地一直不断探索的问题。文章就住院医师规范化培训中内分泌科教学法进行初步探讨。Resident training is an important part of modern medical education, and it is the essential link for physicians to grow. Resident training is very significant for cultivating qualified clinical physicians. How to make resident standardized training better is the major destination for resident standardized training base. In this paper, we will discuss the teaching methods of resident standardized training at department of endocrinology in our hospital.
