摘 要:目的对比研究传统的以教师讲授为基础的教学法(LBL)与案例教学法(CMT)在神经整合课程教学中的应用效果。方法针对神经整合课程,选取临床医学专业的学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,分别采用LBL及CMT教学法,在课程结束后对两组学生的考核成绩进行对比,并调查两组学生对不同教学模式的满意度。结果与LBL组相比,CMT组学生的考试成绩提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CMT组学生对各项满意度评价指标的调查结果也均优于LBL组学生。结论在神经整合课程教学中,应用CMT教学法既能够提高学生学习效果,又有助于培养学生临床诊治能力。Objective To study the application effect of lecture-based learning (LBL) and case method teaching (CMT) mothod in teaching of nervous integrated curriculum. Methods According to nervous integrated curriculum, the students of clinical medicine major were selected to be research object and randomly divided into two groups. Students of LBL group were reached with the LBL teaching method, students of CMT group were reached with the CMT method. After the completion of the curriculum, the examination scores of two groups were compared, and the degree of satisfaction of two groups was also investigated for two teaching methods. Results Compared with LBL group, the examination scores of CMT group were much higher, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). And the degree of satisfaction of CMT group was better than that in LBL group. Conclusion In the teaching of nervous integrated curriculum, the application of CMT method not only improves the learning effect of students, but also helps to cultivate students' ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
