摘  要:我国社会人口老龄化问题日渐突出,培养全面掌握老年医学知识的人才显得日益重要。老年医学教学内容多,课时较少,教学模式陈旧。老年人多病共存的状态普遍存在,但临床教学中难以引导学生多方位的诊治,而以问题为基础(Problem based learning,PBL)的教学模式以患者疾病问题为基础,提出各种合并疾病的诊治原则,能够使学生易于掌握,在老年共病管理的教学中值得推广。The problem of aging population in our country is becoming more and more prevalent, and it is increasingly important to cultivate talents with comprehensive medical knowledge in geriatrics. However geriatirc medical teaching has the problem of less teaching time and old teaching mode and the multimorbidity is commonly in geriatrics. The clinical teaching is difficult to guide the students in multi-faceted diagnosis and treatment. The problem-based (PBL) teaching model based on the patient's disease problem, put forward the diagnosis and treatment of various mixed diseases, which can make students easy to master. The PBL method is worthy to promote in the teaching of multimorbidity management.
