摘　　要：为适应现代医学检验发展需要,培养实践型应用人才,如何提高教学质量,改革教学方式成为当前必须解决的重要问题。脱落细胞学是检验专业的重要课程之一,实验教学在整个教学中也就成为学生掌握专业知识、提高实践技能、培养创新能力的重要基础。天津医科大学对脱落细胞学检验的实验教学进行改革,增加实验课学时,灵活运用教学手段和教学方法,以调动学生的学习兴趣,增强学生对知识的理解和掌握,开拓学生的综合分析能力,并收到良好的教学效果。In order to adapt the need of modern laboratory testing development, and train practical ap- plied talents. How to improve the quality of teaching, reform of teaching method has become an important problem, which must to solve. The exfoliative cytology testing is one of important in inspection. The experimental teaching in the whole teaching has made the student to master professional knowl-edge, practical skills, an important foundation for cultivating innovation ability. Our college carries out reforms on the experimental teaching of exfoliative cytology testing, adds experimental class time, and flexibly uses teaching tools and teaching ways, so as to arouse students＇ learning interest, improve students＇ understanding and mastery of knowledge, explore students comprehensive analyzing ability, which has received good teaching effect.
