摘　　要：固定资产管理一直是高校国有资产管理工作的一项重要内容,是高校开展基础教学、科学研究工作的重要条件保障,随着高校事业的发展,仪器设备在高校教学和科研工作中的作用越来越明显。对当前高校仪器设备管理普遍存在的规章制度不完善、不健全,缺少专职管理人员,日常管理缺少必要的监督保障、核实措施,资产盘点和日常检查工作落实不到位等问题进行了研究,结合工作实际,提出完善高校固定资产管理的建议和举措。Fixed asset management has been an important part of state-owned assets management of colleges and universities, is the basis of teaching and scientific research work of the important condi- tions, and with the development of the cause of university, the role of equipment in teaching and re- search work is becoming increasingly important. This paper analyzes the common problems in the cur- rent university equipment management, such as： rules and regulations not perfect, the lack of profes- sional management personnel, daily management lack the necessary safeguards and verification meas- ures and asset inventory and daily inspection work implementation does not reach the designated posi- tion. This paper presents measures to strengthen the equipment daily management of actual work.
