摘  要:文章基于劳动价值理论,运用中国城镇生活的面板数据,测量了我国城镇居民劳动力价值水平及其实现程度,并实证分析了工资水平、劳动力价值及其实现程度对工作时间的影响。结果表明:我国劳动者的工资和劳动力价值量在不断增长;60%的中低收入群体无法充分实现劳动力价值;高收入群体和低收入群体的劳动力价值实现程度相差悬殊;中低收入群体的工资、劳动力价值及其实现程度对工作时间具有显著正向影响;高收入群体的劳动力价值及其实现程度与劳动时间则没有显著相关性;我国劳动力价值的低程度实现诱发劳动者超时工作。由此提出基于劳动力价值实现的超时劳动的管理对策。Based on the theory of labor value, using the panel data of the China's urban life and price, this paper measures the level of la- bor value and its realizing degree of urban residents in China, ahd empirically analyzes the impacts of wage level, labor value and realizing degree on working time. The results show that the wage level and labor value in China are continuously growing; 60 percent of the low and middle-income groups cannot fully realize their labor value; There is a huge difference on labor value realizing degree between high-in- come groups and low-income groups; The wage level, labor value and its realizing degree of the low and middle-income groups are signifi- cantly positively associated with working time; The labor value and its realizing degree of high-income groups are not significantly associ- ated with working time; The lower realizing degree of labor value in China will induce labors to work overtime. Accordingly, the paper pro- poses management countermeasures of overtime work based on the full realization of labor value.
