摘　　要：近年来，校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式逐渐得到应用和推广，本文结合某职业技术学院建筑装饰专业的实际情况，对校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式进行了阐述、分析、对比，旨在更好的普通这种教学模式，更好的为社会和国家服务。In recent years, the cooperation between colleges and personnel training mode of engineering set gradually gets the application and popularization. Combining with the actual situation of a vocational and technical institute majoring in architectural decoration, this paper makes an elaboration, analysis and comparison of the university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning personnel training mode, in order to popularize this kind of teaching mode and better serve the society and the country.
