摘　　要：高校思想政治教育是一个系统工程,辅导员和专业课教师作为两个与学生关系最为密切的教师群体,他们的教育合力是影响教育成果的重要因素。在辅导员与专业课教师的合力模式下培养大学生主体意识,从而真正使社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行。Ideological and political education in universities is a systematic project,as the most closely relative teachers to College Students,the educational force of counselors and specialized course teachers is an important factor affecting educational outcomes.Cultivate the subject consciousness of College Students under the joint efforts of counselors and specialized course teachers,so as to truly internalize the core socialist values in the heart and behavior.
