摘　　要：高职房地产检测与估价专业是教育部2015年高职专业目录中出现的一个新专业,结合职业教育发展的前沿动态与房地产行业发展特点,在广泛调查分析总结的基础上不断创新,对房地产检测与估价人才培养目标定位开始探索性研究。The real estate testing and evaluation specialty of vocational higher education is a new specialty in higher vocational professional directory of the ministry of education in 2015.Combined with the frontier trends of the development of vocational education and characteristics of the real estate industry development,constant innovation on the basis of extensive investigation and analysis summary,the positioning of talent cultivation objectives of the real estate testing and evaluation specialty began exploratory research.
