PBL教学法在儿科临床护理技能教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了探讨以问题为中心的教学方法(PBL)在儿科护理技能教学中的应用效果,本文将224名实习护生随机分成对照组(采用传统呈现法教学)和观察组(采用PBL教学法)各112名。结果观察组的理论考核及技能考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。由此观之,PBL教学法应用于儿科临床护理技能教学有利于提高学生自主学习能力、提高教学效果、提高护生临床思维及综合能力。Objective：To find out the effectiveness of using PBL in the teaching of pediatric clinical nursing skills. Methods 224 internship students were participated in conventional group or experimental group.Results：The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the conventional group （P 〈0.01）.The majority of students in experimental group reckoned the new method promoted learning interest,elevated their skills and comprehensive abilities.Conclusion：the new approach can improve learning ability,learning effectiveness and overall qualities of pediatrics students.
