河北高等职业教育多层次化发展动因及策略研究

摘　　要：近些年,河北经济的发展对高等职业教育提出了更高的要求,也促使其必须培养大量的更高层次的高级技术技能型人才。随着河北主导产业结构不转型和升级,河北高等职业教育向更高层次发展的呼声也越来越大。政府和高职院校自身都应遵循教育发展的规律,从经济社会发展需求出发做好高等职业教育向更多层次化发展的准备。本文通过对德国高等职业教育两次飞越的分析,研究了河北高等职业教育向多层次发展的动因和策略。In recent years,the development of Hebei economy has put forward higher requirements for higher vocational education,and it is also necessary to cultivate a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents.With the transformation and upgrading of Hebei＇s leading industrial structure,the development of Higher Vocational Education in Hebei has been growing louder and louder.Both the government and the higher vocational colleges should follow the law of education development,and do well in the development of Higher Vocational Education from the demand of economic and social development.Based on the analysis of the two times of Higher Vocational Education in Germany,this paper studies the reasons and strategies for the development of Higher Vocational Education in Hebei.
