摘 要:在野外进行种植金丝垂柳及联合强化措施修复菲污染土壤试验,研究其对土壤中菲的去除效果。结果表明金丝垂柳的种植对土壤中菲浓度的下降有促进作用;蚯蚓的加入对土壤中菲的去除没有显著的影响;乳酸乙酯的加入对土壤中菲浓度的降低有一定的促进作用,能显著增加金丝垂柳叶和茎中菲含量;辣根种植对土壤中菲浓度减少有显著促进作用,能显著增加金丝垂柳叶和茎中菲含量;因此,种植金丝垂柳及联合强化措施消减土壤菲污染是不错的植物修复方法。In field, cultivation of Salix x aureo-pendula combined with some intensified measurements to remove phenanthrene in soil was conducted to study the effect of these measurements on the removal of phenanthrene in soil. Results showed that cultivation of Salixxaureo-pendula accelerated removal of phenanthrene in soil, no significant effects were found about the introduction of earthworm on the removal of phenanthrene in soil, introduction of ethyl lactate promoted the reduction of phenanthrene in soil and increased the content of phenanthrene in the shoots of Salixxaureo- pendula significantly, cultivation of horseradish promoted the reduction of phenanthrene in soil significantly and increased the content of phenanthrene in the shoots of Salix x aureo-pendula significantly. Cultivation of Salix x aureo-pendula combined with some intensified measurements is a good phytoremediation way for phenanthrene in soil.
