摘　　要：大学生创新实验室在学生创新能力、实践能力的培养中起着非常重要的作用。本文介绍了地方新建本科院校在经费、场地有限的情况下,建设与管理化学类创新实验室的基本思路,通过制定完善的管理制度、创新运行模式、实行开放式管理等,建立了适合新建地方本科院校创新实验室建设与管理的模式。经过实践,创新实验室开放运行取得了一定的效果,使本科生的创新实践能力上了一个台阶。Innovative laboratory plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative and practical ability of college students. The basic ideas of constructing and managing the innovative laboratory about the newly regional universities with a limited funds and space were introduced. A construction and management model suiting the newly regional universities was formed through the establishment of a sound management system, innovation of operation mode, the implementation of open management, etc. As proved by practice, the open running of the innovative laboratories achieved certain effect, and the practica1 abilities improvement of the students stepped into a new stage.
