社会服务视角下的高职校园文化建设

摘　　要：随着社会环境的变迁,高职校园主流文化受创,在社会服务过程中,缺乏文化自信,而且高职校园文化注重个体价值实现,欠缺团队服务精神,对地方产业的服务不突出,没有形成文化服务特色。高职校园文化建设对培养师生的创新意识和职业素质、提升毕业生就业优势以及促进高职院校可持续发展都具有很重要的现实意义。高职院校进行校园文化建设,增强社会服务功能,需从增强文化内涵、与地方文化对接、着力构建团队文化、根植地方产业等四个方面着手。With the change of social environment, the mainstream culture in higher vocational campus was hard hit. In the process of social services, it was lack of cultural self-confidence and emphasized much on the individual value realization. Besides, it was short of spirit of team service. The service for local industry is not outstanding and doesn＇ form cultural service characteristics. The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance to cultivate teachers＇ creative consciousness and professional quality, to enhance the employment advantage of graduates and to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges carry out the construction of campus culture and enhance the social service function need to strengthen the cultural connotation, dock local culture, focus on building team culture, and rooted in local industries.
