高职院校思政课理论与实践一体化教学改革探索——以《法律基础》为例

摘　　要：理论与实践一体化教学是提高高职院校思政课教学实效性的有效手段之一。武汉职业技术学院马克思主义学院基于教材选择典型法律案例,编撰《法律基础实训手册》,让学生通过互联网搜索与案例相关的法律条文和法律依据,解释分析相关概念,解决案例中的实际法律问题并拓展延伸。实践证明,这一改革能激发学生学习思政课的兴趣,有助于提高学生理解法律知识和运用法律思维解决日常法律问题的能力,创新了思政课的校本实践模式。The Integration of theory and practice is one of the effective methods to improve the actual effect of Ideological and Political Education in higher vocational colleges. The teachers in Marxist Institute of Wuhan Polytech-nic choose textbooks based on the selection of typical legal cases and compile “Legal Basis Training Manual”, so that students can search the case-related legal provisions and legal basis through the Internet to explain the relevant con-cepts, and solve the case of the actual legal issues and expand the extension. Practice has proved that this reform can inspire students9 learning interests for ideological and political courses, help students to understand the legal knowledge and the use of legal thinking to solve the daily legal problems, and has innovated the school-based practice mode of Ideological and Political courses.
