摘 要:为提高荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)碾搓脱壳生产效益,以整半仁率为脱壳指标,对砂盘工作面宽度、转速和剥壳间隙等技术参数进行了正交优化试验,并用5个荞麦品种进行了优化技术参数的验证试验。结果表明,荞麦碾搓脱壳砂盘的工作面宽度、转速和剥壳间隙对整半仁率均有显著影响,其中以剥壳间隙影响最大,其次是工作面宽度;粒度3.8~4.2 mm、4.2~4.6 mm、4.6~5.0 mm荞麦碾搓脱壳的砂盘优化技术参数(工作面宽度-转速-剥壳间隙),分别为8cm-813r/min-3.6mm、8cm-813r/min-3.8mm、8cm-813r/min-4.2mm,对应的整半仁率在55%、59%、62%以上。该研究结果对荞麦脱壳技术研发及脱壳生产工艺调整等有指导意义。In order to improve production efficiency of buckwheat extrusion-grind hulling,the orthogonal optimization tests of technical parameters was carried out by taking the whole-half kernel percentage as measuring index,working face width,rotational speed and shucking gap of the sand wheel as design variables.Five buckwheat cultivars were used to perform the confirmatory tests of optimized technical parameters.The results showed that:the face width,rotational speed and shucking gap imposed significant effect on the whole-half kernel percentage,specifically the shucking gap had the greatest impact,followed by the face width.The optimized technical parameters of extrusion-grind hulling method for three groups of buckwheat categorized by their grain sizes(grain size ranging between 3.8-4.2mm,4.2-4.6mm,or 4.6-5.0mm)were as follows(working face width-rotational speed-shucking gap):8cm-813r/min-3.6mm,8cm-813r/min-3.8mm,8cm-813r/min-4.2mm,and the resulted corresponding whole-half kernel percentage were over 55%,59%,62% respectively.These research results provide valuable information for the research and development,and production process adjustment of buckwheat hulling techniques.
