摘 要:目的 探讨微格教学法在新入职护士岗前操作培训中的应用效果及短期保持的情况.方法 选取中日友好医院2015年新入职护士30名为试验组,采取微格教学法进行岗前操作培训,对照组为30名2014年新入职护士,采取传统教学法进行岗前操作培训.比较两组护士培训后1个月和3个月的成绩差异,并对培训效果进行评价.结果 培训后1个月试验组CPR操作成绩为(96.20±2.33)分,高于对照组的(93.90±3.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);培训后3个月CPR成绩两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).试验组对技能培训方式更为满意,且对提高语言表达沟通能力、培养批判性思维能力、提高自身形象、提高自我表现意识方面的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为7.772、6.700、6.758、6.667、6.670;P〈0.05).结论 微格教学技能培训效果优于传统教学法,在提升新护士创新思维能力、培养批判性思维和沟通能力等方面效果更为明显,且在培训短期效果更好.Objective To explore the effects of microteaching method on pre-post operation training for new nurses and the condition of keeping the application for short-term.Methods A total of 30 new nurses of 2015 in China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected as the experimental group with the method of microteaching for pre-post operation training. The control group included 30 new nurses of 2014 with the traditional teaching method for pre-post operation training. The achievements were compared in nurses between two groups one and three months after training. Moreover,the effects of training were compared.Results One month after training,the score of cardiorespiratory resuscitation (CPR) in experimental group (96.20±2.33) was higher than that (93.90±3.14) in control group with a significant difference (P〈0.05). Three months after training,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of CPR between two groups (P〉0.05). The degrees of satisfaction with the style of skill training,improving the ability of language performance,cultivating critical thinking ability,improving their own image and self-expression consciousness in experimental group were higher than those in control group with significant differences (χ^2=7.772,6.700,6.758,6.667,6.670;P〈0.05).Conclusions The training effects with the microteaching method are better than that with traditional teaching method especially in enhancing the ability of innovative thinking,cultivating critical thinking ability and communication skills and so on. Moreover,the training effects for short-term are well.
