摘　　要：定向培养直招士官是新形势下为贯彻习近平主席提出的部队要走"军民融合发展"之路而采取的部队依托高职院校进行高素质军事人才培养的一种重要方式,为创建科学的军民融合、特色鲜明的高素质士官人才培养模式,以电气自动化专业定向培养直招士官为试点,大力改革实践教学课堂内容形式,融入虚拟仿真技术,开展虚拟仿真实践教学探索与实践,提高了直招士官的综合素质和创新能力,为他们后续在部队发展打下了坚实的基础。The military-civilian direct recruiting sergeant is an important way to cultivate high-quality military talents for implementing the road of military and civilian integration and development,relying on the higher vocational colleges in the new situation,to create the distinctive feature and high-quality personnel training mode.Taking the Department of Electrical Engineering as a test point,this paper reforms the teaching practical teaching contents,adopts virtual simulation technology,carries out the virtual practice teaching,improves the comprehensive quality and innovative ability of military-civilian direct recruiting sergeant,and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up development in the military.
