摘　　要：随着军队改革的深入发展,任职教育是军队院校重要的教学任务之一。发挥院校装备实验室的优势,深化任职教育教学内容和方法改革,提高学员实操水平和组织训练能力,提高学员将所学知识与武器装备结合并转化为岗位任职能力,培养部队急需的合格人才。实践证明,依托装备实验室教学,提高了任职教育装备课教学质量。With the in-depth development of military reform, the on-post education becomes one of the important teaching tasks for military academies. By giving the full play to the advantages of military equipment laboratories, the reform on the teaching content and teaching methodology is deepened for the on-post education, the students＇ real operation level and their ability to organize training are improved, and their ability to combine their knowledge with the weapons and equipment, and transform them into on-post ability is enhanced so as to cultivate the qualified talents needed by the army. The practice has proved that by relying on the equipment laboratory teaching, the teaching quality of Equipment course for on-post education is improved.
