摘　　要："95后"大学生青年马克思主义者培养是凝聚中国特色社会主义事业后备力量、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的迫切需要,是守牢高校意识形态前沿阵地、坚持中国特色社会主义道路的客观需要,是解决"95后"大学生理想信念问题、促进其全面发展的内在需要。"95后"大学生青年马克思主义者培养,要坚持理论教育和实践锻炼相统一、教师引导和自我教育相统一、重点培养和全面培养相统一、网上交流网下指导相统一。Cultivating young Marxists among post-1995s college students is urgently required in building up reserve force for the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and holding the ideological front line and adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Besides, it is inherently needed in solving the issue of ideals and faith of these students and promoting their comprehensive development. In cultivating young Marxists, some combined approaches should be taken： combining theoretical instruction with practice, teachers＇ education with self-education, targeted nurturing with comprehensive cultivation, and online exchange with offline guidance.
