摘 要:与热闹的职业技能竞赛相矛盾的是,航海院校的实训课程依旧处于一个"尴尬"的境地,以《海上求生》课程为例,实训项目与技能比赛紧密相关,但受到重理论而轻实践、重竞赛而轻教学,以及项目开展受时间空间限制等因素的影响,教学质量得不到保障,课程逐渐被边缘化。笔者认为,航海院校在重视技能比赛的同时更应该重视专业实训课程的开展,通过转变观念,加强硬件设施建设,保证充分的时间,注重双师、专兼教师队伍建设和培养,注意学生可持续学习能力培养等手段提高教学质量,既可以为职业技能竞赛选拔更多优秀的苗子,也可以提高学生的岗位适任能力。Be in conflict with the popular vocational skill competition, the training classes of maritime colleges are still in an embarrassing situation. Taking Survival at Sea as an example, the training project is closely related to the skill competition, but affected by "theory is more important and practice is less", training projects are subject to the constraints of time and space, teaching quality can not be guaranteed, and it is gradually edging. The author believes that in maritime colleges, attention should be paid to both professional training courses and skills competi- tion at the same time. By changing the concepts, enhancing the construction of hardware facilities, ensuring sufficient time, paying attention to double-identity teacher and part-time teachers construction and training, paying at- tention to students" sustainable learning ability training, to improve the quality of teaching, which not only can provide good candidates for the occupation skill competition, also can improve the professional adaptability of students.
