芬兰多科技术学院的人才培养及其启示

摘　　要：芬兰多科技术学院创办于20世纪90年代,是芬兰经济社会发展和高等教育改革的产物,她的诞生标志着芬兰高等教育进入"二元体制"时代。多科技术学院肩负着为国家经济转型产业升级提供高层次应用型人才的重任,被誉为"欧盟最具竞争力国家"的强大支撑者。为培养应用型技术人才,芬兰多科技术学院始终坚持"应用性"的办学定位,强化实践教学以提高学生职业技能,校企紧密合作共同培养应用型人才。芬兰多科技术学院人才培养措施对我国地方本科院校人才培养具有借鉴价值,地方本科院校要彰显"地方性、应用性"的办学定位,重视实践教学在应用型人才培养中的作用,深度推进以"校企合作、产学融合"为指向的人才培养模式改革,进一步提高应用型人才培养质量。Finland Polytechnics University was founded in 1990s. It is the product of economic ＆ social development and reform of higher education in Finland. The birth of this university marks that Finland＇s higher education has entered the era of dualistic system. This university shoulders the task of cultivating and training high level applied talents for national economic transformation and industrial upgrading. In order to cultivate such kind of applied technological talents, Finland Polytechnics University not only adheres to practical orientation of running the university, also strengthens the practical teaching to improvc students＇ vocational skills and cultivates applied talents by close cooperation between the university and enterprises. The talent cultivation measures of this university have reference value for talent cultivation to local undergraduate colleges and universities in China. Our local undergraduate institutions should manifest two pieces of school-running orientation： locality and applicability. They also should attach importance to the role of practical teaching in applied talents training. Meanwhile, it is necessary for us to deeply carry forward talents training mode reform of university-enterprise cooperation and production-study integration. We can further improve the quality of training applied talents through these measures.
