摘  要:学前教育需求与质量的研究对我国有质量地普及学前教育具有特别重要的意义。《学前教育需求与质量》采取基于证据的政策研究方法,提出了满足不同区域、群体的学前教育多元需求的政策框架和建立付得起、有质量的政策激励机制两大政策核心选择,为我国保基本而有质量的学前教育普及探明了运行机制与政策操作路径。The research on the demand for and quality in preschool education has special importance to the popularization of quality preschool education in China. With the evidence-based policy research method,Research on the Demand for and Quality in Preschool Education proposes the policy framework that meets the diverse demand for preschool education of different areas and groups. It also proposes to establish two big core policy choices with affordable and quality incentive mechanisms,which explore the operational mechanism and policy operational path for popularization of basic and high-quality preschool education in China.
