摘 要:目的:了解护理专科生学业拖延现状及其对学业成绩和心理健康的影响,探讨学业拖延与时间管理倾向的关系,为制定干预措施提供实证研究依据。方法:采用大学生学业拖延量表、时间管理倾向量表及SCL-90症状自评量表对402名专科护生进行调查,调查数据及学业成绩用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果:95%护理专科生存在学业拖延,但总体水平不高,64.43%为轻度拖延;学业拖延与学业成绩显著负相关,与SCL-90总分、各因子分及阳性项目数显著正相关;时间管理倾向总分及时间监控观、时间效能感与学业拖延显著负相关。结论:护理专科生学业拖延普遍存在,学业拖延行为显著影响学业成绩及心理健康,其拖延行为受时间管理倾向影响,可尝试采用时间管理技能训练进行干预。Objective: To investigate the relationship between academic delay and time management, and to provide empirical evidence for the intervention, so as to understand the current status of academic delay and its influence on academic achievement and mental health. . Methods : A total of 402 nursing students were investigated by SCL - 90, SCL - 90 and self - rating SCL - 90. The data were analyzed with SPSS19. 0 software for statistical analysis. Results: Academic procrastination accounted for 9 5% in college nursing students, but the overall level was not too high ( mild procrastinators accounted for 64. 43% ) . The relationship between the scores of students ^ academic procrastination and academic assessment was significant-ly negative correlation, nevertheless significantly positive correlation with academic procrastination was found for the total scores of SCL -90, each factor and the numbers of positive items. The total scores of time man-agement disposition, time monitor and time efficacy were significantly negative correlation with academic pro-crastination. Conclusion : Academic procrastination is a common phenomenon in college nursing students, and which has a significant impact on students’academic assessment and psychological health. The procrasti-nation behavior is affected by time management tendency, and can be intervened by time management skill training.
