摘　　要：对齿条齿轮式百分表导向机构进行了详细分析,指出了由于导向机构引起的百分表在使用过程中出现的各种故障现象,介绍了一种新型的使用特殊蜗轮蜗杆传动形式且不需要导向机构的百分表,它解决了由导向机构带来的各种问题。为百分表课程设计中导向机构的选择提供了指导。This paper analyzes the rack and gauge dial indicator mechanism in detail, and points out the various fault in the process of using the dial indicator caused by the guide mechanism. This paper presents a new-type indicator with a special worm gear drive which does not require a guide mechanism, so the problems caused by the guide mechanism are solved. This design provides reference for the selection of guide mechanisms in the curriculum design of the dial indicator.
