摘 要:企业决策是组织管理中的关键部分,决策质量的优劣影响着组织行为和绩效.管理的每个环节都在做不同的决策,决策成为管理活动的逻辑起点.企业文化是一个复杂的文化系统,是企业根据自身资源和发展需求、在对内外环境认知与整合的基础上,通过对一系列问题的思考与解决而总结获得的为企业员工普遍认同的一套指导原则和价值体系,是企业持续发展的牵引力.企业文化系统影响着企业运作的每一个环节,其中企业决策也必然受其影响.基于决策优化情境,从企业文化与企业决策关系视角具体探讨企业文化对决策的影响,从而更好地理解企业文化的深刻内涵并为构建企业文化提供线索.Enterprise decision - making is a key part of organizational management. The quality of decision - mak-ing affects organizational behavior and performance. Management must continue to make a variety of decision - making, which becomes the logical starting point of management activities. Corporate culture is a commonly recog-nized value system and guiding principles formed by enterprise members in dealing with problems and communica-tion. It is the driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises. Enterprise culture system affects the op-eration of every aspect of business, which enterprise decision - making is bound to be affected. Based on the deci-sion -making optimization situation, from the perspective of the relationship between corporate culture and corpo-rate decision - making, specifically to explore the impact of corporate culture on decision - making, so as to better understand the profound connotation of corporate culture and provide clues for the construction of corporate culture.
